The Black Museum
Named after Scotland Yard’s infamous gallery of dark crime and murder, The Black Museum is a limited engagement of horror lectures and screenings based out of Toronto, Canada. Every month we take over the Royal Cinema in Toronto’s West End to talk about scary movies, and we have a lot of fun doing it.
The Black Museum debuted in Fall 2012 at Big Picture Cinema. Curators Paul Corupe and Andrea Subissati continue to select a range of speakers and topics from film theory to genre studies to hands-on workshops by professionals in the biz. The Black Museum is a place for horror professionals of all kinds to share their experience, knowledge and love of the genre in a casual and interactive atmosphere.
